POSSIBLE ESTIMATES
1 video clip of multi camera could be 3hrs of video editing $180
1 full concert may take 10hrs of video editing $600; it may take less time if if it's only 1 camera.
VIDEO EDITING & DVD AUTHORING INCLUDES:
importing the footage
Selecting best moments
Adding:
any titles
transitions
color correction if needed
EQ the audio if needed
Chapters to the timeline for DVD navigation (one main menu)
Production credits for each moment
Processing the full 1hr concert.
1hr of video processing takes approximately 2hrs or more.
For any revisions and corrections, please add 2hrs of video processing.
NOTE:
Please provide any logos, sponsor names and logos, any website information, any musicians name, any information you want to include in the DVD credits, chapters, etc. If you have a preferred font you want to use for titles, subtitles or credits, please provide the name. I normally use Helvetica, Times Roman or Arial just because they are easier to read.
FOR STORAGE space considerations:
A video clip of 1hr may be 60Gb or more at full quality
A video clip of 1hr of H264 quality may be 15Gb or more after processing
FOR DVD package design:
Please provide the information above and any photos you would like to add to the DVD design.
FOR DVD duplication and DVD Cover Printing we use Disc Makers. We would need to create an account with them and select the package that you want. 50 DVDs with DVD Surface printing, DVD bookcase cover with no booklet could be around $350 + shipping and taxes
50 DVDs could take around 4hrs to 5hrs to print

LightAtMyWindow does not claim ownership or any copyrights of content it is hired to work for video editing and DVD Authoring services. LightAtMyWindow is not responsible for obtaining licenses or permissions related to other people's work. It is your responsibility to register the material where applicable, and clear up any FOR-HIRE agreements, for your on-line and/or DVD publication. Please obtain any appropriate releases from producers, musicians, performers, etc.
